• What information do I need to order a part

The information that we will require is as follows: Brand name, model number, serial number, color (if applicable), any other manufacturers numbers that may be on the identification tag, and a description of the part that you require.

• How can I find out what part to buy

Give us a call and we will try to help you with selecting the correct part. However, sometimes there can be more that one possible cause to an appliance failure. Therefore, it may be necessary for you to call a professional appliance technician to get a proper diagnosis.


• What is your policy on returns

We will accept items for return that are still in their original packaging and are in saleable condition. Items must be returned within 30 days with the original invoice. a restock fee of 25% applies to these items. Items that do not qualify for return are as follows: electrical parts, installed parts, unpackaged parts, gas valves, and non stocking special orders.


• Do your products come with a warranty?

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Generally, this is one year. However, some parts will only carry a 90 day warranty. We recommend that you inquire as to warranties before purchase. We will be happy to give you the specific warranty information on the part or product that you are interested in.
